What is the WILD FOREST return policy?
At WILDFOREST, we value fit and sustainability. While we encourage mindful purchases to minimize returns and reduce environmental impact, you may return unworn safety shoes within 30 days of delivery.

How to make a return?

  • Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation once issued to your original payment method.
Note*: Processing may be delayed during holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s.

What if you used a discount or warranty code?
Discounted or warranty-code items must be returned unworn and in original condition. For assistance with returns and reorders involving promotions, email us at: wildforest@hexatrekpro.com.

Sales, Discounts, and Promotions

Why am I not seeing a sale price?
Sale prices are clearly marked on product pages. If only certain colors are discounted, a “Sale” tag will appear on those options. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions listed on our website and promotional emails.

Do WILD FOREST offer free shipping?
Orders of 8 or more items qualify for free standard shipping. Additional shipping promotions may apply during checkout based on your location. Select the “Free” option if available.
